How to beat depression? is the most searched statement or phrase. To do this, you need to understand Depression, what is it and how can we fight effectively with depression. Basically, depression is a condition of mental disturbance, typically with lack of energy and difficulty in maintaining concentration or interest in life.

If you feel yourself depressed or unhappy, the best recommended things that you can do by yourself without consulting with doctor. I hope as you will apply in your life it will give you inner satisfaction and relax your mind and give you energy to thing positive

Make a break down list of your problems
You can make a break down list of your problems just to identify any situations that contributed to your depression. As i believe depression is contagious, it can occur due to any reason. When you know what's implicate you to feel bad and why, talk about it with a caring friends or loved ones. Talking is the best  way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. If there's no one to tell, pouring your heart out to a journal works just as well.

Diary writing is the best technique to bring out that you have folded in your heart. Once you put down all your issues and problems then a solution guideline to solve those problems. Ask for help if you need it. Feeling connected to friends and family can help relieve depression.



Turn your face from Negative to Positive
I recommend to make a habit to look at bright side. Depression feeling makes a person's thoughts negative, making everything seem dismal, and hopeless. World is full of good scenes, try to divert your thinking and face from bad to good. Initially it will be difficult but in end you will do it easily to guide your life in a right direction. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal.

Eat Healthy - Live Healthy
Nurture your soul and body with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite dangerously. But it vary from person to person like; one person might not feel like eating but another could overeat. If depression has affected on your eating, you'll need to be extra mindful of getting the right nourishment. Proper and balanced nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals. Keep your stomach busy to eat healthy it will help you to think healthy.

Explore Yourself 
Explore yourself or a reason with vision, Express yourself to define your instincts. If you are dealing with depression, your creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked so explore yourself to examine your inputs. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood in more rapid way. It's a best healer for depression. 

Make routine of Exercise Daily
Make a daily routine of exercise, it will keep you healthy and strong. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed might not feel much like being active. But make yourself do it anyway (ask a friend to exercise with you if you need to be motivated). Once you get in the exercise habit, it won't take long to notice a difference in your mood.
