How to live Happy? is the art of living sort of question that everybody want to ask to get proper answer. You have the tools that you can use to live happy by yourself and to keep happy people around you. Life is the greatest gift of God that lead to be happy. To get happiness, the best formula is to ignite the power inside you that keep you happy. Normally people consider the happy people are those who are successful in their lives. I believe, it's true and you can be, if you aligned your power of thinking, effort and resources in right direction.
Happy Living Story
One of my friend Christie was living unhappy life as she has surround herself in a closed boundary which restricted her to fly across boundaries. She knew that nobody there to stop her that she wanted to do. After getting monotonous with this situation she became patient of Depression which was the dark event of her life. I am not going into the details but only want to share lesson story that she consulted near by psychologist and after few sessions, improvement came in. Once i asked her, what your doctor says to you. She said they given me some mind power exercise like Reiki which transform me to think positive and given me strength to think other than that i normally think. It was the great practice that learned from her. Now she is living happy married life with two kids in California.
Actually we don't realize during thinking, what good for us and what not. what taking us in right direction and what's not. If we understand this concept or overcome the power of thinking then we can create big difference in our life.

Activity in life and thoughts is quite necessary. What you think, you become is the most darling quote that everybody understand. Be careful in your thought process. Filter your thought with positivity. I believe activity is as important as having healthy eating habits, but it’s not the sort of intense gym activity we’re accustomed to these days. Find something you enjoy; whether it’s taking your dog on long walks in the park or tending to your vegetable garden, these types of low intensity physical activities are actually more beneficial in the long run.

Have you ever thought about purpose of living. Mostly people says, we don't have any purpose, might be they say after confronting with bad situation or failures. I focus to find purpose of living. If you are not living for yourself then think to live for others. It will give great strength. To find a specific purpose of living you can make a check list to explore what you have to do, what you want to do and when to do. Make this list on the basis of priority as it will ease your work to understand your goal and objective.

The absence of goals in our lives, or more specifically avoiding to pursue our goals, makes us feel like we are stuck and ineffective. The pursuit of goals in our personal lives, in our relationships, or with our careers, is the difference between having a mediocre life or a life full of passion and enthusiasm. pursue your goals and watch your happiness soar.
Bring Role model in Life
If you like somebody or you wanted to be the person like that is not the bad way of thinking. Infact it gives you strength to do things that the person has done. I am not talking about imitating somebody skills or life but you can get inspiration to become successful like that person.
Change your Attitude
A little change in attitude can make big changes in your life. Take your self test and analyse, how to your react in particular situation. if you think your result is according to positivity then don't change but if you realise this should change then make a behavioural strategy to shift things. Like, if you think you think too much about a situation and then react with arrogance then do change as it will keep your loved one's away from you and could be a great loss for you in life so be attentive in making decisions about life matters by following your sentiments.
There is no question that by merely watching acts of kindness creates a significant elevation in our moods and increases the desire for us to perform good deeds as well. Kindness is indeed contagious and when we make a commitment to be kind to ourselves and to others we can experience new heights of joy, happiness and enthusiasm for our lives.
Get Rest to become Calm and Steady
There are times when we need the time to unwind, decompress, or to put it simply, just “to chill.” Life comes at all of us hard and fast. Time, as do the days on the calendar, keeps going forward at its own natural pace, which is not always the pace we would choose. Fatigue, stress and exhaustion may begin to settle in on us faster than we may think, or notice. The best remedy for this is indeed rest.
Don't be Overload
Know when to say when. What gives you joy and happiness the first time may not work the second time. Too much of a good thing may begin not to feel as good if the “thing” becomes more of a routine, or an expectation. Set healthy and reasonable boundaries for yourself and don’t overdo it.
More, you can do to make your life easier, happier and success full by keeping yourself stress free, calm and steady that nobody can do except you. To bring more power in your life, i recommend to go for meditation, Reiki and power boosting sessions. Your spirituality and personal faith are secret elixirs in your life. Faith allows us to find inner peace, accept life as it is and come to terms with the disparity between expectation and reality.
Reduce caffeine, alcohol and other related items in your life. Smoking is a surefire step to the morgue. If you do it then try to relinquish this habbit on urgent basis as it's not demoralising your life but also those who live around you.
