Women are Leaders Genuinely

A leader is a person who influences a group of people towards the achievement of a goal and in this regard i believe Women are leaders genuinely. I hope the world of men have some reservations on this statement but if you delve into this concept and dig the realities of life then you can easily agree with me that Women are best leaders who knows all the trait of situational leadership and make their system strong with smart judgement and intelligent thinking. I am confident to say this as fact are favouring me to endorse this vision by keep all attributes and value system.

Let's have a look on positive side of women:

• Women understand the situation so easily and respond immediately.
• She is always a good lawyer, negotiator and communicator.
• Her behavioural temperament varies according to situation
• According to research, women emotional and social intelligence is more strong then men
• She is always focused, determined and well connected to enclosed system.
• She can fight with strong situations by keeping the nerves label.
• She loves her surrounding and drive better result to make the system more perfect and elegant.
• She is more caring as compare to men.
• She loves life.
• More productive

Let's have a look on negative side of women:

• Hasty in nature
• Wants results immediately
• Seriously perfectionist
• Some time critical about situations but normalized with time
• Expect unification at personal and professional level
• Multi tasking sometimes harms the results
• Egoistic

On the basis of above points, positivity ranking the women as "leaders". If somebody has that quality comes in the category of leadership but it require luck, hard work, dedication and commitment.
