Secret to get good job in short time is hidden inside you that you need to explore by using your own instincts. We always dream to get job that provide all the luxuries of stylish living and fulfill our needs that we want but how can we achieve the objective.

With rapid technology development and social networking tools given freedom to open the boundaries of job search. I personally feel that, your career should be your priority and you need to do anything to make it more professional and learning oriented. What you learn, you deliver. What you show, you get and what you get, you become. This transition gives a person path to lined a road map of success.

Various people ask and complain, i am not getting interview, i am not shortlisted, i am not selected. I think, you need to check out the ways to answer the question with yourself by keeping all the levels of encouragement and positivity.

Here are the few suggestions that will emotionally charge you and inclined to find the ways of good job by using your own instincts:

Explore yourself
The best way is to find a time of self assessment of your personal and professional values, how you like to work and what you'd be compelled to do even if you never got paid. Check out your level of temperament to accept task, challenges and work assignment. Research careers and industries that map to your skills and interests. Hit the Internet, set up informational interviews, take relevant coursework and arrange to go onsite at a company in your chosen field.

Don't think, you don't have sufficient experience
Many people think that they don't have legitimate experience or background of working for a specific job. I believe, you need to take initiative to mark your endorsement and curiosity to do specific job. In developing a resume and other promotional materials for the field you want to pursue, think about how your current skills and talents apply to the responsibilities you'll hold in the new job. Focus on your career or professional line like; IT, project management, Networking and so on and take experience vertically in these domains.

Be Volunteer employee, if you don't have experience
People always want to hire experience people because they don't want to waste time and finances to make people learn. Organizations want to hire those who already have good experience. Experience is all about to going through the phases of learning professionally. If you don't have lucrative experience then don't be disappoint. You can offer your free/volunteer services to organizations that have good reputation in market. In this way, you experience will be count in your CV and also deliver message to your employer that you want to work with dedication and curiosity.

Find a weekend seminar or conference that relates to your dream career or field. If money is tight, volunteer to check people in or help out during part of the event. “Learn things about your passion,” Along the way, you’ll meet some professionals and start a network that could be helpful to you – and vice versa.

Have a detailed glance of your Passion

Use your new hobby or side business or classes to make yourself a well-rounded individual – someone who is “dynamic and active and energetic,”. You may even want to create two resumes – one that plays it straight and one that shows your volunteer and other work on the dream career. Some people will find you more interesting and impressive for your parts in community theater or your work with a cause or organization.

Go for Social networking

Social networking is the big tool that can give you opportunity to make a contact with right persona who could be a recruiter or company employee, Hr professional. In this way, you will be connect with professionals and have a good chance of getting interaction of good job. Linkedin plays a good role in this regard as it accumulates a pool of professional. 

I recommend to go on Linkedin and maintain your professional identity with people's recommendation it will improve your level of authentication and give satisfaction to your employer to hire you.

If you are not aware or feel uncertain to find ways to good job then the best way to talk with the person who is your role model and talk to him or learn about him. These informational interviews or job shadows can be useful to give you ideas whether your chosen career really is a good fit.
