Cut down Fast food from Your life
Fast food contains plenty of unnecessary calories that comes in the category of bad calories. You need to avoid them as much as possible. It lowers your metabolism significantly and stores insoluble fats in your body. If you have craving of fast food then you must need to control it by using some alternatives. I recommend to avoid fast food chains menu, pizza, confectionery items, sugar coated products, fizzy drinks and other beverages that contains high level of sugar contents.
Cut down laziness from your life
It's most recommended and works perfectly. If you have habit to do work continuously in moving state then it must effect on your health. The level of activity will always make you active and healthy.
Keep Hydrated Yourself
According to china people, who are famous to maintain their body in all ages, you must have to drink 12-15 glasses of water in a day. It will keep you hydrated and increase the metabolism effectively.
Avoid Carbohydrate
Carbohydrate are the enemy of your smartness, if you want to keep yourself smart and non blotting person then you must need to avoid carbs from your diet especially at night. You may have it in morning breakfast to energize yourself.
Check GI ( GLycemic index) food
Mostly recommended to check GI of your food consumption as it will give you more fuller effect if you feel low in your energy level during diet. In this regard, you need to avoid food that has high GI at night. Like; banana and related food items.
Walk regularly for 45 mins
If you are on high diet schedule then do it for an hour or just 20 to 45 mins. It will make you activate, increase your calorie burning process and relief the stress levels.
Eat in Portions
If you opt an habit to eat in portion then it must be good to deliver nice message to your digestive system. In this way, you food will be digest instantly and your stomach job will be activate.
Don't go for Commercially available Diet products
Mostly people wants to eat a tablet or some other ways which can reduce your weight in 10 days or in month. Don't go for it. It will make you unhealthy and if you able to do it then you must look old and un-energetic. So avoid it..
Follow the healthy ways of weight loss rather to follow any product
On average you need to reduce 01-03 pounds in months. If you want to go for quick reduction then it will not healthy for your younger look.
Have Green Tea as much as possible
Green Tea is good for your healthy look and immediate weight loss. Various Green tea flavors available in market. You can have it but prior to use check out level of caffeine. If it contain high caffeine content the take it 2 times in a day or try to take the one which contains lower caffeine and add it in your diet 3 to 4 times in a day. Green Tea is anti aging so it will keep you wrinkle-less and smart throughout.
If you follow the above routine and become habitual for it then you will be able to reduce your weight through out your life. I think the above methods and ways are not following the strict schedule. It just a way to follow healthy life... Opt it in your life and enjoy with smartness!!!
