Green tea is particularly rich in health-promoting flavonoids (which account for 30% of the dry weight of a leaf), including catechins and their derivatives. The most abundant catechin in green tea is epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), which is thought to play a pivotal role in the green tea's anticancer and antioxidant effects. Catechins should be considered right alongside of the better-known antioxidants like vitamins E and C as potent free radical scavengers and health-supportive for this reason.

Happy Living Story
One of my friend Christie was living unhappy life as she has surround herself in a closed boundary which restricted her to fly across boundaries. She knew that nobody there to stop her that she wanted to do. After getting monotonous with this situation she became patient of  Depression which was the dark event of her life. I am not going into the details but only want to share lesson story that she consulted near by psychologist  and after few sessions, improvement came in. Once i asked her, what your doctor says to you. She said they given me some mind power exercise like Reiki which transform me to think positive and given me strength to think other than that i normally think. It was the great practice that learned from her. Now she is living happy married life with two kids in California.

Actually we don't realize during thinking, what good for us and what not. what taking us in right direction and what's not. If we understand this concept or overcome the power of thinking then we can create big difference in our life.

Activity in life and thoughts is quite necessary. What you think, you become is the most darling quote that everybody understand. Be careful in your thought process. Filter your thought with positivity. I believe activity is as important as having healthy eating habits, but it’s not the sort of intense gym activity we’re accustomed to these days. Find something you enjoy; whether it’s taking your dog on long walks in the park or tending to your vegetable garden, these types of low intensity physical activities are actually more beneficial in the long run.

Have you ever thought about purpose of living. Mostly people says, we don't have any purpose, might be they say after confronting with bad situation or failures. I focus to find purpose of living. If you are not living for yourself then think to live for others. It will give great strength. The absence of goals in our lives, or more specifically avoiding to pursue our goals, makes us feel like we are stuck and ineffective. The pursuit of goals in our personal lives, in our relationships, or with our careers, is the difference between having a mediocre life or a life full of passion and enthusiasm. pursue your goals and watch your happiness soar.

Bring Role model in Life 
If you like somebody or you wanted to be the person like that is not the bad way of thinking. Infact it gives you strength to do things that the person has done. I am not talking about imitating somebody skills or life but you can get inspiration to become successful like that person. 

Change your Attitude 
A little change in attitude can make big changes in your life. Take your self test and analyse, how to your react in particular situation. if you think your result is according to positivity then don't change but if you realise this should change then make a behavioural strategy to shift things. Like, if you think you think too much about a situation and then react with arrogance then do change as it will keep your loved one's away from you and could be a great loss for you in life so be attentive in making decisions about life matters by following your sentiments.

There is no question that by merely watching acts of kindness creates a significant elevation in our moods and increases the desire for us to perform good deeds as well. Kindness is indeed contagious and when we make a commitment to be kind to ourselves and to others we can experience new heights of joy, happiness and enthusiasm for our lives.

Get Rest to become Calm and Steady
There are times when we need the time to unwind, decompress, or to put it simply, just “to chill.” Life comes at all of us hard and fast. Time, as do the days on the calendar, keeps going forward at its own natural pace, which is not always the pace we would choose. Fatigue, stress and exhaustion may begin to settle in on us faster than we may think, or notice. The best remedy for this is indeed rest.

Don't be Overload
Know when to say when. What gives you joy and happiness the first time may not work the second time. Too much of a good thing may begin not to feel as good if the “thing” becomes more of a routine, or an expectation. Set healthy and reasonable boundaries for yourself and don’t overdo it.

More, you can do to make your life easier, happier and success full by keeping yourself stress free, calm and   steady that nobody can do except you. To bring more power in your life, i recommend to go for meditation, Reiki and power boosting sessions. Your spirituality and personal faith are secret elixirs in your life. Faith allows us to find inner peace, accept life as it is and come to terms with the disparity between expectation and reality.

Reduce caffeine, alcohol and other related items in your life. Smoking is a surefire step to the morgue. If you do it then try to relinquish this habbit on urgent basis as it's not demoralising your life but also those who live around you.

Stress and Depression creates anaxity in life that takes away happiness and enthusiasim to lead harmoious life. This change of behaviour not only effect your life but also those who lives in your surrounding. How to cope up with these situation. Is there any rescue to come out of stress? Is there any Good or Bad, Positive or Negative Stress?
Stress is something, we all experience in life. Stress can be positive or negative. A little bit of stress is in fact good, as it helps you to work better, be a little more focused, and perform better. It is only, when you allow all the stress to start affecting you physically, mentally, and emotionally, stress becomes an issue that needs to be addressed. It is necessary to find positive ways to cope with stress and not be overwhelmed by it. Everybody has different tolerance levels to stress and their own ways of handling or not handling it. Only you
can decide the level of stress, which you can tolerate. It is up to you to take control of the situation and tell yourself. “if it has to be done, it is up to me”.

What causes Stress or depression?
Different types of problems can cause stress. The cause could be your work, your relationships, your upport
system, your health, your finances, your circumstances, or just your own attitude. Now let us see the not so
wonderful ways in which stress can affect you. Stress can make you to feel restless, anxious, nervous, irritable, distracted, or even depressed. If the stress levels are higher, you may also have headaches, excessive fatigue, chest pain, nausea, vomiting, bowel disturbances, dizziness, breathlessness, or a faster pulse. If these symptoms continue to bother you, it is time to seek help.

Learn breathing or meditation techniques. Practicing meditation, yoga, or even the right breathing techniques will help you to relax and remove stress from your system. They help to clear the mental clutter and make you to feel calm.

Laughter produces a sense of well being, reduces your stress hormones, reduces your blood pressure, and  improves your blood circulation and immunity. When you laugh, the body’s natural painkillers called endorphins are released. Do not bury your sense of humor.

I am a great beliver of relinquish stress by diverting thoughts. This could be done by watching movies or anything that can change your schedule. If you make changes in your schedule according to your interest, it give you power to think according to your instincsts that make you stronger in thinking and give you love working heart. for this, you can; Take up activities that you enjoy doing and set aside time to do them on a regular basis. Allocate sometime for watering your plants, playing with your pet dog, listening to music, or even to spend time on a rocking chair/swing.

Set goals, which are doable and learn to prioritize them. Break up your goal into small tasks. Know your limitations and do not hesitate to ask for help.

A person, who manages his/her time, badly ends up very harried at the end of the day. Plan your day, plan your work, and organize yourself.

Make good Environment of Sleep
It is good to create a harmonious environment before slipping into a good night sleep. Take up relaxing activities like listening to music, reading a book, playing with children, or watching a humorous show or movie before you go to sleep. Learn to let go of any stress bothering you before falling asleep. This
will help you to relax and get up refreshed in the morning.

Be Polite and Down to Earth 
Communicating effectively with people around you — family, friends, or colleagues — will help to avoid
unnecessary misunderstandings and relieve buildup of stress. Take part in interactive discussions.

Eat Healthy Live Healthy
This will help you to handle stress effectively. Do not drink too much of caffeine or alcohol. Natural unprocessed foods are effective in managing many stress‐induced diseases. Avoid eating a very heavy meal before going to bed.

Walk is the best stress reliever
