Home Made Natural Face Cleanser

Home made natural face cleanser lives in your kitchen and can give you results more than your expectation. Everybody wants to have naturally clean and flawless skin that you can easily get if you follow cleansing practice in your daily schedule. It is ideal to clean your skin 3 times a day especially at night. If you wear make-up during the day, then you must remove your make up by using effective cleanser according to your skin tone. An effective cleanser, cleanse your skin and remove grim that surround within your 1st skin layer.  Natural, healthy looking skin requires pore cleansers for deep cleaning for an aggressive removal of facial blemishes.


How to choose the Cleanser?

The best technique of choosing cleanser is to match with your skin type. It should not irritate your skin. It should provide moisture to your skin rather to make it dry. 

Commercially available cleansing product can harm your skin or might give you hard time to get adjust with those cleansers whereas the home based cleanser not only provide immediate glow but also recommended for long term use without any side effect.

Method of Preparing Home based Cleanser
Water is the best skin cleanser that not only removes grim but also refresh your vision, skin and stress. Cold splashes of water are recommended in summers while the luke warm splashes allowed in winters. Don't use so much hot water it will damage your skin and also reduce moisture.

For Oily Skin:
  1. Rub tomatoes on your skin. This attempt will remove impurities from inside. 
  2. Apply Cucumber juice and had it for 20 mins then wash it.
  3. Apply little bit flour on skin and rub it gently then remove it or wash it. Don't keep the flour for long hours otherwise it will create dryness.
  4. Apply fresh milk to wash your face and keep it for 30 mins.
  5. Use Rice water (boiled) on your skin to keep it clean and soft.
  6. Apply ice cubes on skin for tightening effect.
  7. Apply lemon cubes on skin.
For Dry Skin:
  1. Apply olive oil with rose water and massage it over the skin until it observe then wash it with natural moisturizing soap.
  2. Use Banana mixture with milk, make it soft and watery lotion and apply on face for 30 mins.
  3. Apply fresh milk on skin and leave it for 30 mins or an hour.
  4. Same apply yoghurt and rest it for 30 mins on skin.
  5. Prepare a mixture of 1 tsp of honey, 2 tsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of sugar. Apply with circular motions, leave on for 5 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water and you're done.
  6. Glycerine+Rose water + lemon also good for dry skin
Above all, use water to hydrate your skin and perspire yourself to eliminate toxic from your body. You can do this through walk or extreme work-out.

Sauna bath is also recommended for extreme cleansing.
